While admittedly I am just getting used to this technology thing, I've had an interesting experience over the last few days.
I launched this site on the 9th of this month, then on the 14th, I invited folks to visit and give me feedback.
I got 5 new members on my Yahoo group, but more amazingly here are the visitor stats from 2/14/05 to today 2/18/05:
| Total number of hits: | 172 |
| Average per day: | 34.40 |
| Today: | 23 |
| In the last hour: | 5 |
| This week: | 172 |
That's only 4 days.
Obviuosly I'd love more of you to engage by joining the conversation, but based on the figures above, the involvement ratio is way above average. Typically, in a numbers game, a .5% to a 1% return is good stuff. However, if my math is right, my return ratio is just under 3%. That's 3 X better than good.
Isn't that exciting!
Do you see it?
Think of this in terms of the fundamental challenges in marketing our massage.
If you talk to 100 potential massage clients, and you get a "good" return, your looking at just one new client. So 10 new clients means talking to 1000 people.
Does that make you jump up and say YEAHHH? I doubt it.
Here's the point.
I'm talking to you about marketing massage, but I could just as well be talking to pregnant women about "3 significant benefits of post partum massage!"
If pregnancy massage were my expertice, I could have just had 172 pregnant women exposed to my expertice and mission, and gotten 5 new clients!
All in four days, while I was trying to figure out some other approach.
Are you catching this?
One of the things I am hoping to show you all is better ways to do what you already do.
If you leverage your approach to reach more people faster, with less struggle, leaving more time to design your life and go more deeply into your expertice and passion, you will fill your practice, at top dollar, and still have a life!
I hope this is clicking.
I'm gonna go now, and figure out how to create an environment that pulls me forward while technology does more of this stuff for me.
You may not know it yet, but if you've read my first four posts, you've been exposed to at least 5 to 6 ways to leverage your time, money and efforts!
Want more?
Sign up for my Yahoo group before I think to charge for this stuff!
Uh Oh! That's 7 ways to leverage your time money and efforts!
