Creating massage incentives is a bit of an art, but if you do it right it can tip the scales for "waivering on the edge" potential clients.
There's a trick or two that makes a massage incentive work, and one of them is making it available to everyone without kicking your own keister in the financial department. Another trick of the massage incentive is how you communicate your offer so that more people will call you.
Leveraging the two can add value to the deal, and make everyone happy in the mean time.

Can't figure out why clients don't call to schedule a follow-up massage?
It's simple folks. It's fraught with risk and potential rejection.
They may want one.
They may need one.
They may wish they could have one today!
But they don't call . . . and why is that?
As a child I loved to read. I joined the reading club at the local library every summer, and encouraged mom to drag the lot of us down town for "Story Hour" once a week.
My favorite people were friends who when visiting would tell of a grand adventure, read me a book, or make up a tale that may go on for days.
Today my greatest frustration is not feeling I've enough time to read . . . because I love stories . . . both listening to them and telling them.
So why do I mention this? What can it mean?
We already know that everyone loves a good story . . .
