Comments, Complaints and Concerns

This is a time of year when we begin to energetically move inward due
to the coming cold, a time of harvest for the last year of activities and
efforts, and the beginning of several holidays that culminate the
previous year in celebration.

It's important to review and acknowledge what was achieved and what was
not accomplished, completed or given birth. As time progresses toward
the end of the year, use your analysis for the coming years planning, and
long term goals as well. It helps set up shop for the next cycle and focus
energies on priorities.

I really can't take it anymore!

Am I the only one sick and tired of eeking out a living from the work I love?

Where the hell are the six figure incomes for massage therapists?

I keep meeting massage therapist, after massage therapist, just barely getting by, and it's pitiful.

I've got just one question.

If your massage is so good, why aren't you making more money?

Here's a email I was sent that is just one example of things we need to address.

"I am getting a steady flow of clients on my table by using different marketing techniques. But I don't hang on to enough of them. They get results, they say they feel wonderful, and they say they will call to schedule and then don't. Others book a second appointment, and then call later to cancel it, and never reschedule. This is very frustrating and needs to change.

I want a client portfolio with clients who value my work and call to schedule regularily without me chasing them."
