We haven't talked much about chair massage. Which is little surprising since popularity continues to grow.

Lately the topic has arrived on MMR's Yahoo Group (be sure to join us).

Alot can be said for the portability of massage chair work, but I've got a feeling there will be a growing need for those in the know. Here's a post from MMR Yahoo group in regards to how much MT's should be charging.

What does it mean to have a career in massage?

Most of us think of relaxing body work, or other hands-on modalities when asked this question. Yet choosing a career in massage therapy can be a lot more than that.

As the trade of massage grows new opportunities are appearing, and that means more options and choices for you and your massage and bodywork service career.

Both small business massage therapists and the growing massage related industries are utilizing paid assistance for the delivery of the massage and bodywork experience.

What am I talking about?

Crazy, Mad, Insane Business Card?

I'm trying to brainstorm crazy, mad, insane, and funny (as in not
common logic), ideas for ways to distribute my business card to
generate more interest, inspire sharing, or at least make it a keeper.

I fully understand the common sense that B-cards are just a contact
to my business and that most folks don't think twice about them.

As usual, I'm thinking of challenging that theory and invoking
my more creative intelligence to come up with ideas to shift that
common relationship with my business card.
