Massage and Anatomy

Understanding anatomy is a foundational element of becoming a good massage therapist, and all of us have a favorite referrence book or resource for learning the muscles and their functions.

Here's a wonderful resource from Google recommended by Julie Onofrio.

While certainly not the complete works on Anatomy and Physiology, there are some great anatomical drawings and information.

If it's been awhile since you've picked up an A&P book, check this one out just for fun.
